Reporting to the Customer Services Manager Job Purpose To support the development, review and effective implementation of policies, plans, strategies and programmes with the aim of ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field obtained from an accredited institution. 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role in customer service management or marketing roles, preferably within the financial sector or nonprofit organizations.
