Malawi Union of Savings and Credit Cooperatives (MUSCCO) is a member-based organisation of Savings and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs) operating throughout Malawi. The SACCO Movement came to Malawi in 1962 in Dedza, Reverend Chimole introduced a Thrift and Credit Society at Mngonoondo which resembled a SACCO. MUSCCO provide administration and technical support to SACCOs in Malawi on how to run their operations particularry we monitor, supervise, coordinate and help them being organised.
